About the Role:
Our Project Lead(s) will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the job site, including maintaining a safe working environment, fostering a supportive team atmosphere, meeting daily milestones, problem-solving in the field, and effectively communicating with clients regarding project-related updates.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines by conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures for accident prevention.
Safety Managemment:
Collaborate with management to develop detailed project plans and schedules.
Manage schedules and task assignments, considering team members' skills and experience to
delegate responsibilities effectively.
Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, task assignments and progress, communicating promptly with management regarding concerns or updates.
Ensure the team is organized and ready for project work each day with necessary tools, equipment, and materials prepared.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing leadership and guidance to all on-site team members, confirming clarity on their roles, objectives, and deadlines.
Manage onsite work to deliver high quality project milestones on time and within budget.
Adjust daily work schedules as needed and review timecards for accuracy.
Assist team members in finding practical solutions to challenges.
Resolve any operational or project issues, maintaining safety, productivity, and quality
standards.
People and Project Management
High Quality Customer Service:
Maintain open, clear, and courteous communications with homeowners, addressing any questions or concerns professionally and promptly.
Update homeowners on project progress and any relevant information that may affect access to their property.
Conduct project completion reviews to ensure quality outcomes, address any remaining site- specific tasks, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Review feedback from clients and create summary reports for management that document any lessons learned and recommend process improvements.
Bulk Material Management:
Collaborate with management to ensure timely delivery of bulk materials to the job site, including picking up materials from the team shop in Des Moines, WA.
Manage material delivery and quality assurance, including: coordinating with multiple suppliers to schedule deliveries, designating appropriate on-site storage locations for materials, overseeing the unloading process, and inspecting delivered materials for accuracy and quality.
Keep accurate records of received materials, quantities, and any discrepancies, communicating any shortages or issues to management in a timely manner.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of project management or landscaping installation experience
Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and team members.
Previous supervisory experience.
Certificate or Degree in Horticulture, Business, Construction, Climate Resiliency, or Leadership.

Have previous experience in landscaping installation or a related field, including a strong working knowledge of landscaping techniques and materials, and the ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools.

Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and time management skills with customer
service, project management, and problem-solving experience.
Able to lift up to 50lbs and walk on uneven surfaces.
Have a Valid driver's license and ability to travel to remote locations.
Required Qualifications
Part-Time Hours: Work 10 to 30 hours per week depending on business need and seasonal demand. (Workload may be reduced to 10 hours per week during our slow season: Dec through Feb)
Salary: $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. Mileage reimbursement for field work.
